CANCELLATION POLICY

At Anahi’s Antidote LLC, I strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. In order to achieve this, I kindly request your cooperation and adhering to my cancellation policy. A deposit is required to book any service for the first visit – this will be deducted from the appointment cost. I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise; however, I kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a 40% cancellation fee or a required deposit for future appointments. I value your time as well as time of my other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, I may need to reschedule your session or shorten the treatment duration. The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, a missed appointment where no notice is given not only affects my ability to serve other clients, but also results in lost time and resources. The full cost of the service is charged for these appointments. Booking an appointment at Anahi’s Antidote LLC means you agree to these terms.
